What services do you believe are most important for the ACT? Health care, education, transport, electricity and water, environment.
How can the ACT Government deliver current services more efficiently and productively or to better meet the needs of Canberrans?Reopen some of the closed storefronts. I have to go to Belconnen to get things like my car registration and licence renewed, from inner North Canberra, and routinely have to wait over 30 mins before I can see anyone, sometimes as long as 1 hour. The staff there are doing their best and working hard, but they are clearly overwhelmed by the number of people needing services.
Are there particular services that you think the ACT Government can improve? We need more medical specialists, getting to see a specialist takes way too long in the ACT.
The Calvary Public Hospital emergency ward is developing a reputation for messing things up, making mistakes and generally being a bad place to go in a medical emergency. It needs to be looked into asap.
What can the ACT Government do to make Canberra even more liveable?I'd love a dedicated running trail like the one they have in Valencia, Spain.
