Maybe special visas for medical specialists from abroad will bring down the wait times and provide better care at a lower cost to Canberrans. Prioritise and expedite the light rail construction to Woden and eventually to Belconnen. Improve recycling rate and possibly introduce composting and waste to energy in the mix. |
